Credit Card/Debit Card

iShopYangon online shopping accepts credit cards/debit cards for online purchases. Please contact us at admin@ishopyangon.com for any questions or concerns.

Cash on Delivery

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) within Yangon, Mandalay, Niy Pi Taw and other Regions nationwide upon special request. With this service, you can pay in cash to the delivery agent upon receipt of your order. Simple, Secure, Hassle-free! Enjoy having a peace of mind when you purchase using COD.

Delivery Policy
We deliver to the address provided in the order form with an imposed delivery fees and it will be subject to change without prior notice. If you are unsure whether we deliver in your area, please call us at +95 996 6602000

Delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday only, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Myanmar Time/GMT +6:30). Goods will be delivered at our earliest possible date.

*No deliveries during Sunday and holidays.
*Please present your ID and order confirmation for verification.

Cut-off time for orders is 5:00 PM (Myanmar Time/GMT+6:30) on any business day. Orders received after the cut-off time will be processed on the following business day. An email notification will be sent to you for order confirmation.

Special Note
iShopYangon cannot guarantee the condition of any items if it is not received, so it is very important to inform us ahead if you wish to specify a certain time for delivery. If you will not be available to receive the order, your authorized representative can receive the order upon showing an authorization letter with your ID. When no one is available at the time your order has been available for receive, the item/s may be held back to us. Once held, we will contact you and ask for the best time to collect the item/s. Otherwise, iShopYangon will tag the sale CLOSED and SUCCESSFUL whether or not you have received the ordered items.

Returns Policy
No returns will be accepted and no credits will be provided after 30 days of the delivery date regardless of any other circumstance. In the event your order is damaged while being hand over to you, please inform us immediately for possible replacement. We may require you to return the damaged (unopened) items to us for quality control information. In the event you do experience a problem with the quality of our products, please contact us for a replacement within 30 days of your purchase date and provide the details of your concern along with your name, invoice number, and a phone number and time we can reach you. We may require you to return the item/s to us for quality control information.
